Sandra is the principal and founder of the Meneses Law Firm.   Sandra has extensive experience representing clients in complex real estate matters in both residential and commercial real estate.  Her attention to detail is invaluable in representing Sellers, Buyers and Lenders.   She has handled thousands of refinance and purchase transactions over the years. 

Since becoming an attorney, Sandra has represented clients in both Probate and Estate Planning ensuring that clients’ assets are protected and that probate matters run as smoothly as possible through the Probate Court.  Sandra offers her clients complete peace of mind and financial well- being for the future.  She keeps herself up to date with all aspects of Estate Planning by continuously taking various continuing education courses so that she can provide her clients with superior representation.

Sandra is an experienced trial attorney representing clients in the Massachusetts Superior Court, Middlesex Probate and Family Court and Northeast Housing Court.  She has broad experience in both Residential and Commercial evictions.   Sandra has enjoyed using her analytical skills in complex Superior Court Trials involving preliminary injunctions and breach of contract cases.

Above all Sandra takes pride in her integrity and working directly with clients to insure their needs are met. 

Sandra graduated from Suffolk University magna cum laude.  She received a Bachelor of Arts in Government and she minored in psychology.  Sandra wanted to go to law school so that she could advocate for individuals and their rights.  Sandra went on to Suffolk University Law School where she received her Juris Doctorate. 

When Sandra is not practicing law, she lends her time as a member of the Board of Directors for the Mill 42 Credit Union and as a Board Member for the YWCA of Lowell (Young Women’s Christian Association.   In addition, Sandra spends time volunteering at various activities at her children’s school.

When Sandra is not at the office or lending her time, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach and long bicycle rides with her husband and girls.
