A Note From The Editor:
With the current job market being an " employee" market, acquiring and retaining talent is on the forefront of every employer's mind. Offering and communicating a stellar benefit package is essential to navigating the persisting labor shortage. Employees, whether looking for a job or staying in a current position want a commitment from their employers, that they will offer what is the "new essential benefits" to keep them engaged. Is it going to be a flexible work schedule, more health insurance choices, pet insurance, more life insurance and financial benefit offerings, or maybe an additional holiday? Do you really know what your employees want? Do you know what the competition is offering? And more importantly, do your employees understand what you are offering? Now is the time to survey your current associates and future new hires and obtain their feedback. Forbes recently published that 80% of companies report employees do not open their benefits packages. Where do you begin?
Contact LukeJackson today. We’ll provide expert insight into the use of surveys and employee feedback to redesign your benefit plans, and how to successfully communicate the essential value of your benefits to associates and onboarding new hires. Let's start a conversation. (508) 205-1100.
