1- They don't have a "rescue plan"
Having a rescue plan will allow you to sleep better at night. On the other hand, if you have no other option, you will work much harder and longer if your main goal is absolutely to be achieved. Not having a bailout will make you work like you've never done before. See it positively! If the worst happens (and the “worst” is never as bad as you might expect), stick with your confidence and you will bounce back. As long as you work and continue to learn from your mistakes, you will grow.
2- Successful entrepreneurs do their job ...
You can be good with little effort. You can be really good with just a little bit more effort.
But whatever your job, you will be among the leaders only if you put an incredible amount of effort on your expertise. You meet a person who is an expert in their field. Look further and you will realize that they have spent hundreds of hours developing their expertise. There is no shortcut. Everyone says that you have to work to be successful, but not many of them do it thoroughly ... except the entrepreneurs who have dazzling successes.
3- ... and work a lot
Do you know those people who are "lucky" to quit their job at the same time every day? It is not you. Every successful entrepreneur works much longer than others. These businessmen have an endless to-do list. It necessarily takes time. But more importantly, they want to work a lot. They love it! If you don't take on a workload that others would think is insane, then your goal isn't that important to you, or it's not that hard to achieve. Either way, you won't be a resounding success. PS: Nothing prevents you from delegating your work. But if you like success, then you will be working on other projects.
4- They avoid the crowd
Wisdom leads to wise results. Joining the majority is the best recipe for knowing mediocrity.
Successful entrepreneurs usually do what others never do. They go where the others don't, because there is a lot less competition and a lot more chance of success there.
5- They start at the end ...
Ordinary success results from ordinary goals. Think about what you really want to be:
- the best,
- the fastest,
- the cheapest,
- the biggest,
Aim for the ultimate. See what you want to achieve, your end goal. Then you can set up your path, step by step, that will lead you there. With your dream still in mind, your small steps will take you very far. Don't think small when you think about your end goal. You'll make better decisions, and work harder, easier if true success is your ultimate goal.
