Remember, if we want to get to know a brand, and we want to recognise their image, we need to see their logo, name, or message about 5 times (and preferably 7 times) before we think about buying with them. Keep this rule to heart if you’re thinking your branding efforts are a bit too much, or that you’ll be annoying anyone attending the event with you.
Now that a lot of the restrictions are beginning to lift you may be wondering what it is you can do with your business and how you can start to move it forward. The last few months may have been difficult for you when it comes to making money and you may have had to diversify in order to survive. But now you can start to reprogram your business and move forward. But how can you do this in the right way? Here are some of the things to think about.

I really love doing videos for my business. I have been able to grow my business through posting business networking tips via videos on YouTube and Facebook Live. I am always encouraging people I meet to do videos, but I have realized this may not be great advice.
I was having coffee with a friend and I was pushing her to do videos to promote herself. She smiled and said the thought of doing videos made her physically sick. Its ok if you feel that way and think that videos are absolutely not for you. There are lots of ways to grow your business. You simply must find the ones that work for you.
Can you help me grow my business? People ask me this question all the time and in most cases I think I can help you. I always start by asking them if they attend business networking events. In many cases the answer is no. They tell me that attending networking events is outside their comfort zone. I then ask them if they are active on social media, are they utilizing Facebook Live and sharing videos on LinkedIn. The answer is usually ‘no, I am not doing that but I am active on social media, every day I do a post reminding people that I can help them and to call me if they need me’.
